Crossroads Veterinary Clinic Reduced Pricing Program.

Use the chart below to determine if you qualify for reduced pricing based on your annual income.

To qualify for reduced fees please indicate this at the time you make your appointments.  We will ask you to provide a photo ID, a recent award of benefits letter, (or proof of income via a recent tax return 2023) when you arrive for services. W-2 forms are not accepted.

Standard fees will apply at the time of appointment without appropriate documentation.

Reduced Pricing is available for individuals making up to $37,650 a year (plus $13,450 for each additional household member).

All clients will be assessed standard pricing without qualifying documentation. 

* Most participating in a Federal or Minnesota needs-based public assistance program will qualify.
