Reduced Fee Program

At Crossroads Community Veterinary Clinic, we believe every pet deserves access to quality veterinary care, regardless of their family's financial circumstances. Our Reduced Fee Program is a mission-driven initiative designed to make compassionate, high-quality veterinary services more affordable for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Eligibility for the program is based on participation in qualifying federal or state assistance programs. To enroll, clients must provide their current annual Declaration of Benefits letter. You will remain eligible for the Reduced Fee program through the expiration date on this document. Once it expires, simply bring your new Declaration of Benefits letter to stay current and enrolled in the program. By offering reduced-fee services to those who qualify, we help remove financial barriers to veterinary care, allowing more pets to receive the preventive, medical, and surgical care they need to live healthier lives. This program reflects our commitment to strengthening the human-animal bond and ensuring that cost is not the reason a beloved pet goes without essential care.
