Veterinary Technicians – Crossroads Community Veterinary Clinic

Crossroads Veterinary Clinic, a community-based non-profit organization, is seeking compassionate, skilled Veterinary Technicians to join our medical team and play a key role in our Removing Barriers Initiative program dedicated to increasing access to affordable, quality veterinary care for pets and families in our community.

About the Role: 

Applicants MUST have Veterinary Technician experience to be considered for a position. 

We’re looking for technicians, FT or PT, with experience in surgical support, anesthesia, and client-facing support who are passionate about both patient care and client service. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a mission-driven, non-profit team while providing hands-on medical support for our busy, community-focused clinic and surgery team

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer injectable medications and perform accurate drug calculations

• Provide surgical support, including running anesthesia, surgical monitoring, and patient recovery

• Maintain clear, accurate medical records

• Support client communications, including education and discharge instructions

• Fill prescriptions and ensure proper documentation

• Record keeping 

• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and fellow technicians to deliver high-quality care

• Client-facing preventative & wellness clinic support

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in surgical anesthesia and patient monitoring

• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communicator with both colleagues and clients

• Dedicated to compassionate, affordable care and aligned with our non-profit, community-focused mission

Hours - FT 32-40hrs/week PT 20-25hrs/week 

Clinic runs Mondays through Thursdays

$20.95 - $24.50/hour DOE
