Pre-Op Dental Evaluation-$50 Flat Fee - Available during clinic hours on Tuesdays & Wednesdays 8am-5pm
What’s Included: Sedation, Full dental evaluation, cleaning, scaling & polishing
$100 deposit due at scheduling –applied toward the final invoice.
Services must be completed by March 19, 2026.
