Crossroads Animal Shelter is a private limited admission 501c.3 shelter.

We provide surrender services as we have the space and ability to house them, provide care for them, and place them for adoption.

We understand that surrendering your pet can be a difficult decision and we will do our best to support and guide you through this process.

Please complete the form below, and allow up to 5 business days for an email reply.

Obtaining complete records is essential for ensuring placement in a new home for your pet.

You will be sent additional forms, and you will need to communicate with our intake coordinator.

Wait times for intake vary based on the time of year.

You will be given an estimate once it is determined that we can facilitate an intake for your animal.

Average intake wait times are 30 days.

There is a surrender fee. If you cannot afford this fee, our staff can discuss options with you. Dog Fee if spayed/neutered $50. If intact $75. Cats $40 is spayed/neutered. If intact $60. Please answer YES in this box that you understand these fees.
